Completion and return of the booking form confirms acceptance of these booking conditions by you and all members of your party.

1. Payment of 25% of the total rental amount to accompany the booking form except when the holiday start date is less than eight (8) weeks from the booking date, in which case payment in full must accompany the booking form.
2. Full payment of the balance to be made by eight (8) weeks before the holiday start date.
3. We recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance with Cancellation Cover. We cannot make refunds of either the initial deposit or final payment.
4. A £200 refundable deposit against damage and/or breakage's, other than normal reasonable wear and tear, is required to be paid by the balance due date.
5. All/any damage and/or breakage to be notified to the Property Manager as soon as possible so that repair or replacement can be arranged.
6. The Property Manager to be contacted in the event of unseen problems arising.
7. For children under the age of 14 please contact us first. Pets are not allowed.
8. Smoking inside the house is not permitted.
9. No-one must dive into the swimming pool.
10. The property will be cleaned and prepared for your occupation by 3pm on the holiday start date. A welcome pack will be provided.
11. You will be required to vacate the property by 10am on the final date of your booking. Storage of suitcases can be arranged should your flights be later in the day.
12. All bedding, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are provided and will be changed once a week.
13. Please provide your own towels for swimming/out door use.
14. The pool will be attended on a weekly basis to ensure trouble-free enjoyment. The property Manager to be contacted in the event of unseen problems arising.
15. Household rubbish must be placed in the provided 'bin bags' and regularly deposited in the containers in the village. Bottle Banks are located alongside for recycling empties. Please ensure you take all your rubbish upon departure.
16. The property benefits from a septic tank therefore please ensure that food waste does not get washed down the sink and that no product other than a modicum of toilet paper is flushed down the lavatories.
17. Sun umbrellas, chair and lounger cushions to be brought indoors each night and when going out.
18. Only 'Poolside' glassware to be used around the pool.
19. You are responsible for the property and are expected to take all reasonable care of it.
20. You are responsible for any damage to the property, its contents and any third party visiting the property, which is caused by you or a member of your party or any person you invite to the property.
