Completion and return of the booking form confirms acceptance of these booking conditions by you and all members of your party. We accept a maximum of 6 persons using this apartment at any one time.
- Payment of £100 deposit is required upon booking except when the holiday start date is less than six (6) weeks from the booking date, in which case payment in full must accompany the booking form.
- Full payment of the balance to be made by six (6) weeks before the holiday start date.
- We recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance with Cancellation Cover. We cannot make refunds of either the initial deposit or final payment.
- A £120 refundable deposit against damage and/or breakage's, other than normal reasonable wear and tear, is required to be paid by the balance due date.
- All/any damage and/or breakage to be notified to the Property Manager as soon as possible so that repair or replacement can be arranged.
- The Property Manager to be contacted in the event of unseen problems arising.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking inside the house is not permitted.
- The property will be cleaned and prepared for your occupation by 3pm on the holiday start date. A welcome pack will be provided.
- You will be required to vacate the property by 10am on the final date of your booking. Storage of suitcases can be arranged should your flights be later in the day.
- Household rubbish must be placed in the provided 'bin bags' and regularly deposited in the containers in the village. Bottle Banks are located alongside for recycling empties. Please ensure you take all your rubbish upon departure.
- You are responsible for the property and are expected to take all reasonable care of it.
- You are responsible for any damage to the property, its contents and any third party visiting the property, which is caused by you or a member of your party or any person you invite to the property.
